Being in the business of hair styling, I’ve used a lot of different hair products, some good and some not so good. I have to say I really like this hair mask from LuxeOrganix. I noticed that when I was using it in the shower my hair immediately felt thicker, which I assume is because of the quinoa protein that is in it. I also noticed it was easy to comb through during and after the shower. It almost acted like a detangler my fine, long hair. I think this could work well on both thin or coarse hair, since it didn’t weigh down my fine hair. I can also see that this deep conditioner will last quite a long time, since you don’t have to use a lot to get it to soak into the hair, and you only need to use it once or twice a month.

I was skeptical at first, but a friend recommended this. My hair was looking duller and more brittle than before, but I thought it was just because I was getting older. But I was wrong! I can’t believe the difference this mask has made in my hair after only a few uses. My hair is lighter, brighter, smoother and feels so silky. I love it.
The customer service was amazing. I had questions, since I don’t use a lot of different types of hair products – I like to “keep it simple”. So I contacted them. Not only was the rep very helpful and answered my questions to my complete satisfaction. When I mentioned another product I wished I could find, she told me two brand names and where to find it, even though she didn’t carry it herself. Now that’s above and beyond!
A lot of reviews mention the scent, and I was concerned because I tend to use unscented products, but it is true is is very subtle and pleasant, and dissipates within a day or so, so not a problem.
If you are new to masks like I was, there’s a few important tips to be aware of that I learned when talking with their rep. You don’t need very much product… just enough to lightly coat the hair especially near the roots. And expect it to take a bit longer to rinse, just like a facial mask would. It is a bit thicker and more penetrating, so allow an extra minute or two on the rinse. The mask isn’t meant for daily use, more like weekly or biweekly, so I don’t find that a problem at all.

The BEST conditioning treatment ever
I have thick, wavy/curly hair that tends toward crispy dryness without daily conditioning. To make matters worse, I frequently set my hair on self-gripping rollers and sit under a hair-drying bonnet. A few weeks ago, I found LuxeOrganix products and decided to try a few. This amazing mask is one of them.
I started with the cowash and followed with the mask. My hair was instantly silky, readily detangled, and once dried was extraordinarily soft. I am going au naturale at the moment (no rolling/setting), and I can hardly keep my hands off my hair. It has never felt better, and the scent is fabulous. I have stocked up on both this and the cowash to ensure that I never run out. An added bonus to purchasing from this company is amazing customer service. Highly recommended!

Impressed with how quickly it revived my aging, thin hair. I’ve only used the product twice. My hair looked and felt great for two days but then I did notice when using the product (I have short hair so I use a very small amount since it goes a long way), I would have to wash my hair one more time that week (I usually wash twice a week since it’s so thin and I color my hair). This would not prohibit me from using the product, though. The real test will be to see if this product thickens my hair over time and replaces the body I once had. If it can thicken my short, colored, aging, thin hair, I will give it five stars. I prefer to support family-owned/operated businesses and I truly hope this one is a winner. Service has been excellent and I’m looking forward to being a lifetime customer!
