Fresh, Minty Scent — Great for Curly Hair, Keratin-Treated Hair, and Safe for Colored Hair
Your hair looking and feeling beautiful for…less than the cost of popcorn and a movie? Yes! Even if you have tried other pricey or cheap products, don’t you want one with a guarantee?
Our CoWash Cleansing Conditioner is perfect for all hair types, and especially helpful for dry, damaged, color-treated, bleached, and curly hair types, as well as blonde, brown, brunette, and black hair tones.
Step 1: Saturate your hair with warm water and massage your scalp. This helps break up sediment and product residues on your hair and scalp.
Step 2: Add your new co-wash conditioner and spread evenly through your hair, you can use the tips of your fingers to gently massage the product into the scalp and through your hair. Let the co-wash soak in for few minutes.
IMPORTANT TIP… most people miss this!
Step 3: Rinse with warm or cool (NOT HOT) water! Make sure you rinse thoroughly to remove all traces of the conditioner from your hair and scalp. While hot water helps remove any dirt or excess oil accumulated in your hair, rinsing your hair with it takes away essential oils and moisture from your hair. This can leave your scalp dehydrated and your hair frizzy and full of static. Rinsing with cool water seals the moisture in your hair, which leaves your scalp hydrated.
Co-washing allows you to shampoo a little less often. It is not meant to completely replace your shampoo. Co-washing is a bit like using dry shampoo and is great for freshening up your hair between shampoos, for your best “second-day” hair. It’s a great way to extend the time between shampooing and not remove the all-important oils and nutrients essential for maintaining a healthy scalp and hair.

- Arctium Lappa (Burdock) root extract (rich in phytosterols & essential fatty acids that promote hair growth by maintaining a healthy scalp by alleviating grease and oil)

What Customers Think About Our Cleansing Conditioner Cowash
Even better results than I hoped!
This product is excellent! I bleach my hair and it is sometimes stressed or damaged from processing. This requires conditioning more than regular and a cowash fits the bill.
This cleansing cowash really makes your hair feel squeaky clean and soft/conditioned at the same time. The minty smell is great too! I also use a dime sized amount to run through my dry hair to control frizz and flyaways. I’m hooked!
Awesome Sauce!
Great to work in between shampooing. I color my hair red and can’t shampoo everyday, I also workout 5 to 6 day a week and sweat like crazy. This stuff is great, when I need extra grime removal, I just use extra.
Smells great and definitely works on …
Smells great and definitely works on days when I don’t have time to do a full shampoo and conditioning treatment!
I love this product!
I love this product! Makes my hair feel soft and silky after use-not matted and “stripped out” like other shampoos….will continue to purchase and enjoy! Thank you very much.
Makes your Hair Soft and Doesn’t Dry it Out
I felt bad that I didn’t review this earlier. I was looking for a good replacement for Wen and I feel that this was a great substitute. I’m gonna stop buying wen and start to only use this! I still get complements about how healthy my hair is and I can feel that my hair is soft after I wash it with this.
My biggest worry about washing my hair with something is the possibility of it drying out my hair. This doesn’t do that at all. This is worth trying at least once, even if you’re skeptical.
THE. BEST. EVER.
I’ve tried MANY different co-washes, and this one is still the very best I’ve ever used. It gives my hair incredible body, rinses easily, and I love that the smell is minimal- just a nice, subtle, minty fresh smell. I can’t stand shampoos that are over-perfumed. Every time I wash my hair with this, my hair looks amazing. Bouncy, shiny, healthy hair. This is definitely my holy grail hair product.
Nice and thick so it’s easy to coat your hair
Nice and thick so it’s easy to coat your hair. Needed a little extra time to make sure my hair was rinsed out well, but after that I was left with clean, full hair. I have thick curly hair and used to be a Wen girl for years. Luxe gave me similar results and cost less then Wen. Purchasing my second bottle today!
Smells great, will purchase again
Exactly what I was looking for to replace my Wen. Smells great, will purchase again.

We stand by our high-quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.
Ask & Answer
You advertise no alcohol, but picture of back of the bottle ingredients lists multiple types of alcohol? - Kiki
Hi, Kiki! This product does not contain drying alcohols. That said, sometimes people can be confused by ingredient names that may suggest alcohols are included in a product.
To clarify, in the hair care industry, the claim “Alcohol-Free” refers to products that do not contain “Ethel Alcohol” or “Denatured Alcohol” listed as SD Alcohol or Alcohol Dent. on labels. These alcohols, which are basically rubbing alcohol, can be very drying.
Some alcohols are good for dry hair and others aren’t. The alcohols often found in finishing sprays can dry out hair. A good rule of thumb is to avoid alcohols that include “prop” in their name, such as Isopropyl alcohol, Propanol, Propyl alcohol, and SD alcohol 40.
Fatty alcohols, on the other hand, help condition your hair. As you may have noticed, other ingredients may contain the term “alcohol” such as Cetyl Alcohol, Stearyl Alcohol, and Cetearyl Alcohol, among others. These alcohols are also known as “oily alcohols” and are not drying but rather are conditioning and good for hair.
So just as an example, our Cleansing Conditioner CoWash contains “Cetyl Alcohol,” used as an emulsifier, derived from coconut oil. Our sulfate-free Moroccan Argan Oil Conditioner contains “Stearyl Alcohol” which is a fatty acid, also derived from coconut oil. “Cetearyl Alcohol” (also contained in the cleansing conditioner) is a mixture of cetyl and stearyl alcohols.
A simple way to remember which alcohols are safe and good for your hair is that they start with a “C” or an “S.”
